Processing Times
- Standard Items: Orders for real books, stickers, bookmarks, and notepads are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
- Apparel & Made-to-Order Items: Shirts, hats, and certain tote bags are printed to order to reduce waste. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for these items to be crafted before they ship.
- Note: If your order contains a mix of standard and made-to-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and your destination.

International Shipping
We happily ship our magic worldwide! International orders typically take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on customs processing.
Important Note on Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their destination country. The Smoldering Tome is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearances.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We want you to love your order! If your package arrives damaged by the carrier, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us at thesmolderingtome@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of the damage so we can make it right.
